Hilda’s awareness development class on Monday evenings is full at the moment. As part of your journey towards developing your awareness, why not consider attending Angela’s class? Although Angela’s class is NOT spiritual development as such, learning to meditate in the silence will be most useful to you when the awareness group has spaces again, and if you do decide to develop your spiritual awareness.
