Angela Jones runs a meditation session every Thursday evening. Doors are open at 7 p.m. for a prompt 7:30 p.m. start and the session runs until 9 p.m. Refreshments are available. The cost is £6.
This is ‘An Introduction to Meditation’ for beginners and intermediates and is a new weekly group session promoting health and well-being, mentally, physically and spiritually.

Meditation has been proven to help you to gain an insight into how to manage and control your lifestyle and enjoy it. Not only stress and anxiety but to improve your health, your sleep, your relationships, and lots of other benefits and managing pain. Studies have shown that heart health and age – related dementia are also on the reduced risk table, so even if you don’t need help with stress, it’s good to reduce your health risk! Life is a risky business😆.
The session also includes sound healing therapy.
