A Healing Circle is held every Wednesday evening 7:30 to 9pm at Holywell Spiritualist Church. There are several trained accredited Healers who give their services on a regular basis.
The Circle usually consists of up to 10 persons, of which there may be as many as 4 or 5 Healers.
The format of the evening is as follows.
- A short prayer is said by the Chairperson to ask for guidance, protection, and healing for general things such as children in need, persons unwell or in hospital, countries with famine and war etc.
- This is followed by the Lords Prayer.
- Starting with the Chairperson and moving clockwise, each person, in turn, asks for the Light of Love and Healing to touch the persons of their choice.
- When it is back to the Chairperson, he or she will lead the Circle in a short philosophy, reading or meditation to raise the vibrations of the Circle and prepare it for the Hands –
On Healing. - Then the Healing takes place. The Healing usually lasts for approximately 20 minutes per person.
- The Chairperson closes with a prayer of thanks for the Healing.
We usually end the evening with an informal chat.
The Healing Trust
