Angela Jones runs a meditation session every Thursday evening. Doors are open at 7 p.m. for a prompt 7:30 p.m. start and the session runs until 9 p.m. Refreshments are available. The cost is £6.
This is ‘An Introduction to Meditation’ for beginners and intermediates and is a new weekly group session promoting health and well-being, mentally, physically and spiritually.

“The life and times we live in today go by so quickly we barely have time to breathe. Meditation has been proven to help you to gain an insight into how to manage and control your lifestyle and enjoy it. Not only stress and anxiety but to improve your health, your sleep, your relationships, and lots of other benefits and managing pain. Studies have shown that heart health and age – related dementia are also on the reduced risk table, so even if you don’t need help with stress, it’s good to reduce your health risk! Life is a risky business😆.
The session also includes sound healing therapy.

Hilda is an experienced and talented presenter so she will be looking for those seeking personal development to make a firm commitment to the structured programme on offer. The group is suitable for complete beginners and people looking to further develop their psychic awareness and mediumship. Why not come and explore and develop your awareness skills in a safe and friendly environment.

Are you looking for messages from friends and loved ones who have passed? Holywell Spiritualist Church and Healing Sanctuary hosts one-to-one readings on the first Saturday of every month from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
