An Introduction to Meditation – starting 24th January, 2019

Angela Jones will be starting a new session on Thursday evenings starting on 24th January, 2019.

This is ‘An Introduction to Meditation’ for beginners and intermediates and is a new weekly group session promoting health and well-being, mentally, physically and spiritually.

The life and times we live in today go by so quickly we barely have time to breathe. Meditation has been proven to help you to gain an insight into how to manage and control your lifestyle and enjoy it. Not only stress and anxiety but to improve your health, your sleep, your relationships, and lots of other benefits and managing pain. Studies have shown that heart health and age – related dementia are also on the reduced risk table, so even if you don’t need help with stress, it’s good to reduce your health risk! Life is a risky business😆

I look forward to seeing you. Please wear comfortable clothes. This guided meditation will be seated on a chair. The doors will open at 7 p.m. to start at 7.30 p.m. prompt , Refreshments are available.
